Second President Dr Tam Chat Tim,
Our second President from 1984-1986, Dr Tam Chat Tim, is well known in Singapore and the region as the undisputed Concrete Guru. He is an authority in concrete and concrete constituent materials. Dr Tam, a distinguished educator in concrete and one who has contributed tirelessly for more than 40 years, has received many awards for his achievements and contributions to the concrete industry in Malaysia and Singapore. This evening we shall witness yet another accolade added to Dr Tam’s collection of awards.
